Michael Omer will be accompanying Siân Philipps in one item from the CD entitled 'Tango for Armelle', which is taken from Michael's score for the recently released feature short 'Doremi', produced by Rafael Medina Adalfio (www.doremifilm.com)
Siân Philipps has played her Stradivarius as a soloist with the Philharmonia and Birmingham City Orchestras. She studied at the Yehudi Menuhin School and was made a partner by the government campaign 'Tune In' to help promote music among young people. Tonight's concert launches her new CD on the 'Music Chamber' label of tango music, both by established and contemporary composers.
